What's your process for finding the right candidates?

We mix industry knowledge with layered screening ; CV reviews, video calls, interviews, references, and technical/portfolio checks. By the time you meet them, they're already a strong fit. Our average time to hire is 21 days from Job brief to offer.

What happens if a candidate doesn't work out?
