Such a great day yesterday at the heart of the Midlands Live Events and Exhibitions ecosystem.... the The NEC, Birmingham!
After a wonderful year partnering with the team and supporting their recruitment, it was brilliant to head back, review the year, and share all the exciting changes and growth that have happened at Disrupt Talent over the past 12 months.
It was also such a pleasure to meet the lovely Olivia Gardner (Assoc CIPD) who has to be one of the most impressive young professionals we’ve met in this space.
We had a great catch-up with Noel Reeves from Rocket Exhibition Services, chatting all things people and hearing about their exciting growth plans, and of course Jade secured her next podcast spot! 🎙️
We even managed to bump into Adam Aston from Creative Hire ( you can run, but you can’t hide, Adam!) 😄
Sadly, we just missed @Rachel from Event Specialists Ltd who coincidentally was such a huge help during our very first pitch to the NEC, how funny that we were both back in the same place exactly a year later.
Our cups are full, our minds are buzzing, and it’s back to the office, the team and the grind today but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
The NEC was alive with energy and full of amazing shows… just love it. ❤️
