Which is exactly why we’re excited to announce the promotion of Maxwell McCracken into his new role as Business Development Manager.
As Disrupt Talent continues to grow, we’ve also continued strengthening our teams across all of our core services. Terri-Anne, Elliott and the wider team continue leading our permanent recruitment offering within the live events and exhibition ecosystem, and we are adding to this team with 2 new hires over the next few weeks! While Harry is heading up our event staffing delivery division, supporting exhibitions, live events and conferences with engaging, professional staffing solutions that are already gaining fantastic traction across the industry.
We also have some exciting news coming soon around the continued growth of our Executive Search offering.
As part of this next phase of growth, Maxwell joins Jade in the business development team, engaging with both existing and new clients, building relationships across the industry, and identifying opportunities where we can create new partnerships and continue adding value to our existing ones.
Since joining Disrupt Talent, Maxwell has built strong relationships with agencies, organisers, brands and event businesses across the industry, while helping recruit and coordinate event teams across exhibitions, activations and live events.
In his new role as Business Development Manager, Maxwell will focus on bringing new businesses into the Disrupt Talent network, developing long-term relationships across the live events industry and supporting clients with tailored recruitment, executive search and staffing solutions.
