Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day account management and sales activities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
- Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide tailored responses and proposals to secure new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and smooth project delivery
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand into new markets
- Attend networking events and meet clients when required
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communication
- Previous experience in a sales, account management or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong personal drive
- Confidence building relationships and speaking with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
- Salary between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
