Golf Coordinator - Leeds
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

We're recruiting a Golf Coordinator on behalf of our client, a brilliant team delivering golf events and experiences for a range of clients. You'll work closely with their Senior Golf Manager, coordinating a full calendar of golf days and trips from first idea through to delivery and everything in between.

What you'll be doing:

Planning, promoting and delivering a packed calendar of golf events for a variety of clients
Keeping every event on track, liaising with clients on changes and making sure nothing slips
Researching the best suppliers, venues and options to make sure every client gets a top-tier experience
Handling the full event admin: budgets, invoicing, contracts, guest itineraries and everything that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes
Bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep improving how events are planned and delivered

What we're looking for:

Someone who loves golf and gets a buzz from delivering great client experiences
A natural multitasker who can prioritise, use their own initiative, and keep cool when juggling several moving parts at once
Genuine relationship-building skills, both with clients and internally
Someone who stays switched on to what's happening in the golf industry, so you're always bringing clients fresh ideas
A proactive, can-do team player who takes real ownership of their work

The setup:

Based in Leeds
£27k-£29k depending on experience
