Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a Luton-based agency specialising in exhibitions, point of sale, and office, retail and showroom installation. They work with clients across a broad range of projects, building long-term partnerships rather than one-off jobs.
This is a newly created role, and a genuinely good opportunity for an account manager who wants to own relationships properly rather than just maintain them. The business has spent the last year building trust with key clients through its sales team; this role picks that up and takes it further.
The opportunity You'll take on a set of key accounts and become the senior point of contact clients turn to, building the kind of relationships that lead to repeat business and bigger projects over time. You won't be delivery-led - project managers handle that side - but you'll stay close enough to every account to catch issues early and keep the client experience strong from brief through to on-site delivery.
Retention on existing accounts already sits around 70%, and there's real ambition to push that further. This is a role for someone who enjoys the relationship side of the job as much as the commercial side.
