Job description
Project Manager - Exhibition Design & Build
Bedfordshire (Hybrid)
£45,000-£50,000 DOE
The package
Salary £45,000-£50,000 DOE
Location Bedfordshire - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Holiday 28 days including bank holidays
Benefits Medical insurance (AXA), cycle to work scheme, birthday leave, holiday purchase scheme, EAP, flexible start time (8-10am) - all on completion of probation
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established exhibition design and build contractor based in Luton. They work across a broad range of projects - custom stands, retail displays, and office and retail fit-outs - for clients at some of the UK's and Europe's biggest shows.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM who's ready to take full ownership of projects from signed contract through to handover, and who genuinely enjoys being on the floor as much as they do in the office.
The opportunity
You'll be joining a close-knit team where everyone pulls together, especially under show pressure. The role spans the full project lifecycle - client liaison, supplier management, on-site delivery, and the financial side - across small, medium, and large-scale builds. There's also variety beyond exhibitions: retail displays and fit-outs sit alongside the events work.
This one involves travel, including internationally, and some weekend working when shows demand it. That's just the reality of the industry, and they know you already know that.
What you'll be doing
Apply with your CV for a confidential conversation, or get in touch with the team at Disrupt Talent. We'll tell you more about the company and the projects once we connect.
