Are you a Senior Live Events Producer who thrives on creative challenges, loves collaborating across teams, and knows how to deliver show-stopping experiences from brief to execution?

A leading Creative Events Agency are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Event Producer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects for major clients across sectors - where creativity meets operational excellence.

If you are equipped with end-to-end project management, strong leadership capability, and a great technical understanding of live event production, this could be a perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery - from briefing to onsite execution and post-event wrap
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, logistics, tech, ops)
• Own and lead large-scale productions, while mentoring and supporting junior producers
• Manage internal critical paths, timelines, resources and team coordination
• Source and manage venues and suppliers, including contracts and negotiations
• Support content development, production planning and technical delivery
• Take a hands-on leadership role onsite, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless delivery
• Lead post-event debriefs, identifying learnings and opportunities for improvement

Finance & Budget Management

• Manage event budgets in GBP and other currencies
• Track project hours, costings and scope across multiple workstreams
• Oversee financial processes including quotes, POs, invoices and reconciliations
• Monitor scope changes and manage budget adjustments proactively

Client & Supplier Relations

• Build trusted relationships with clients from pitch through to delivery and post-event
• Collaborate on proposals, budgets, RFPs and pitches
• Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout projects

About You

• Proven experience delivering live events in an agency environment
• Line management experience, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking ability
• Commercially aware and confident managing event budgets
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and proactive
• Passionate about events, culture and live experiences
• Bonus: PROCIM knowledge, AV understanding and design awareness
