We're a growing recruitment agency based in Warwick, and we're hiring a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of the candidate side of our business.
This is a candidate-led role - no business development, no cold sales - just a focus on delivering a high-quality experience and building strong talent pipelines.

You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through to placement, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, high-quality experience.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through to placement, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, high-quality experience.
- Managing candidate pipelines across live roles
- Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro) and job boards
- Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates
- Managing and maintaining our CRM (JobAdder)
- Keeping candidate data accurate, organised, and compliant
- Supporting consultants with talent mapping and market insights
- Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or CRM systems (JobAdder ideal)
- A proactive, candidate-first mindset
- £28,000 - £35,000 base salary + bonus
