Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer
(Candidate-Led Role)

Monday-Friday
£28,000 - £35,000 base + bonus - depending on experience

We're a growing recruitment agency based in Warwick, and we're hiring a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of the candidate side of our business.

This is a candidate-led role - no business development, no cold sales - just a focus on delivering a high-quality experience and building strong talent pipelines.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through to placement, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, high-quality experience.

Managing candidate pipelines across live roles
Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro) and job boards
Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates
Managing and maintaining our CRM (JobAdder)
Keeping candidate data accurate, organised, and compliant
Supporting consultants with talent mapping and market insights
Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or CRM systems (JobAdder ideal)
A proactive, candidate-first mindset
