Event Sales & Account Manager - Heritage Venues & Historic Locations
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Commission
Location: London (with flexibility for client and venue meetings)

We're seeking an experienced Event Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue growth across some of London's most prestigious heritage venues, historic buildings, and landmark locations.
This is a commercial role that blends strategic sales, client relationship management, and creative event delivery. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, develop visually engaging proposals, and maintain trusted partnerships with heritage venues and clients who expect exceptional service and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify and convert new event opportunities within heritage and landmark venues.
- Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, venue partners, and suppliers.
- Creative Proposals: Respond to client briefs with visually strong, accurate, and compelling proposals that reflect our creative and production capabilities.
- Venue Partnerships: Strengthen and grow relationships with key venues across London, ensuring our services remain top-of-mind for premium events.
- Sales Reporting: Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools; provide regular updates and performance insights to leadership.
- Event Delivery: Oversee handover to operations and remain client-facing through delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Financial Accountability: Prepare and manage budgets for each project, ensuring profitability and accurate reporting.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at client meetings, venue showcases, and industry events to enhance visibility and relationships.
- Proven experience selling event services into heritage, historic, or landmark venues.
- Strong understanding of event production, creative design, and technical delivery.
- Excellent relationship management and consultative sales skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset - and the confidence to represent the brand at senior level.
- Proficiency with Apple/PC, CRM systems, and design tools (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD desirable).
- A passion for creativity, heritage spaces, and high-end live events.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus commission.
