Job description
Foreman / Production Manager
Coventry | Site work required when needed |
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition company in Coventry, looking for an experienced foreman or production manager to help run their workshop and support live exhibition projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands exhibition stand production, workshop flow, and site work - and who's comfortable keeping jobs moving, making sensible calls day to day, and supporting the team both in the workshop and on site.
The opportunity
Our client already has a capable production team who know what they're doing. What they need is someone to keep jobs on track, keep communication clear between office, workshop and site, and make practical decisions when things change.
This isn't a clipboard-only role - you'll need to be comfortable getting stuck in when it counts. Some days will be workshop planning, some will be problem-solving, and some will mean being on site to help see a job through.
What you'll be doing
This is a genuinely hands-on role with real responsibility - working closely with the business owner and helping shape how production runs, in a straightforward environment without unnecessary corporate overhead. Our client is realistic about paying for the right level of experience; they're not looking for the cheapest option, they're looking for someone who can properly take pressure off the team.
This role is being handled confidentially on behalf of our client. For a conversation about the role and the business behind it, get in touch with Disrupt Talent.
