We are working with a fast-growing, internationally active production and technology company operating within Live Events and the F1.
With a strong presence across global sporting events, major venues, and large-scale productions, our client is expanding and looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to join their team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex live events and technical installations. You will collaborate across project management, operations, finance, and client teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional production standards.
You'll play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously; balancing logistics, budgets, and client expectations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex live events and technical installations. You will collaborate across project management, operations, finance, and client teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional production standards.
You'll play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously; balancing logistics, budgets, and client expectations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile live events and AV productions
- Develop detailed production schedules, technical plans, and equipment specifications
- Manage project budgets, including crew, equipment, and additional costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout project lifecycles
- Conduct post-event reviews, identifying improvements and future opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth
- Ensure all projects meet high standards of safety, compliance, and delivery
- 5+ years' experience in live event production, including leadership responsibility
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and event production workflows
- Experience with media servers (e.g. Pixera), video distribution (e.g. NDI), and related technologies
- Solid understanding of power, temporary structures, and data/network infrastructure
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site logistics (e.g. CDM)
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and teams effectively
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
