Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

The Role
As a Senior Exhibition and Experiential Designer, you'll take the creative lead in concept development and design delivery. Working closely with the Creative Director and a talented in-house team, you'll bring bold ideas and refined execution to a wide variety of brand experiences.

The Role
As a Senior Exhibition and Experiential Designer, you'll take the creative lead in concept development and design delivery. Working closely with the Creative Director and a talented in-house team, you'll bring bold ideas and refined execution to a wide variety of brand experiences.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing high-impact 3D environments and exhibition stands from concept through to presentation.
- Creating detailed visualisations and design packs for client pitches and production.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and freelancers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Presenting creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Staying ahead of trends in design, culture, and innovation - and bringing that inspiration into your work.
You're a creative designer with a passion for brand storytelling in three dimensions. You thrive on collaboration and love turning abstract ideas into visually stunning, functional spaces.
You'll have:
- Proven experience in exhibition, experiential, or 3D brand design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative 3D environments and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in 3D visualisation software (such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
- Experience with CAD software (advantageous but not essential).
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; AfterEffects a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A degree in Interior Design, 3D Design, or related field (preferred).
- Confident presentation and communication skills.
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Additional day for a creative or passion-led pursuit
- Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a modern, dog-friendly London office
