This is a rare opportunity to join a major organisation at the very start of an exciting growth journey within its Audio Visual Dry Hire division.
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive new business across the live events ecosystem. You will be selling Audio Visual dry hire solutions into Creative Agencies and Live Production companies, opening new doors, building meaningful relationships and owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through to long term partnership.
You will report directly into the Managing Director, an experienced leader with a proven background in building and scaling Audio Visual businesses.

What you will be doing
- Winning new business within Creative Agencies and Live Production companies
- Developing strong relationships across the events and exhibitions industry
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Working closely with technical teams to build compelling and accurate AV proposals
- Growing accounts and nurturing long term client relationships
- Playing a key role in shaping and scaling the Audio Visual Dry Hire offering
- Experience within the Events and Exhibitions ecosystem is essential
- Proven success selling into agencies and end users
- Comfortable owning and driving a full sales cycle
- Audio Visual experience is advantageous but not essential
- Commercial, confident and credible when selling technical solutions
- A proactive new business developer who values relationship building
