Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to help grow the business, strengthen key client relationships, and guide projects from initial brief to final delivery. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands how to bring branded spaces to life.

If you're passionate about exhibitions, retail design, or interiors-and love turning ideas into reality-this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll Be Doing
  • Drive new business for custom build and modular exhibition stands
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure and project oversight
  • Develop long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
  • Collaborate with in-house creative and project teams to bring ideas to life
  • Shape and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth targets
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and insight

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within exhibitions,
  • A consultative, strategic sales approach with strong commercial insight
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong multitasker who thrives under pressure
  • Driven, self-starting, and results-focused
  • Experience in client-facing roles within creative or project-driven environments
  • sales , hunter, relationship builder, new business, business development
