Head of Lighting
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 DOE
Location: Borehamwood
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some evening/weekend flexibility
Reports To: Director of Production
Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays

What You'll Do:
- Lead the interpretation of client briefs, adding insightful creative and technical suggestions
- Develop lighting concepts, proposals and accurate quotations that solve client challenges
- Mentor and grow the lighting team, fostering high standards and professional development
- Coordinate across technical departments to deliver seamless, world-class productions
- Produce equipment specifications and documentation, and oversee on-site delivery
- Build strong client relationships, balancing creative ambition with commercial awareness
- Adapt to evolving project needs while keeping teams aligned and motivated
- Deep expertise in lighting design, systems and creative problem-solving
- Confident communication and client-facing skills
- Proven leadership, team development and project management capability
