Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Ensure a smooth handover of projects to internal delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
- Work closely with Project Management and Technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate on proposals, pitches, and tender submissions.
- Provide clear and detailed client briefs to internal teams.
- Share market insights and feedback to support business strategy.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within Event AV or Technical Production
- Strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Experience within the audio visual, events, or technical production industry.
- Existing network of contacts within relevant sectors.
