About the Company
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design and build business delivering high-quality projects across the UK and internationally.
Known for their creative delivery, operational excellence, and strong client relationships, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Projects to lead and strengthen their project delivery function.

The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event projects.

You will lead the Project Management team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

This role requires someone who is both technically strong and commercially astute, as well as a confident communicator and experienced team manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Management team across multiple live projects
• Take ownership of project delivery from brief through to installation and breakdown
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, and scheduling across the business
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
• Drive commercial performance, ensuring strong margin control and cost management
• Work closely with design, production, and install teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Mentor, support, and develop the project team

About You

• Proven experience in a senior project or leadership role within exhibitions, events, or design & build
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and profitability
• Technically competent with a solid understanding of exhibition build and delivery
• Excellent communicator, confident with clients and internal teams
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
