Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Known for their creative delivery, operational excellence, and strong client relationships, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Projects to lead and strengthen their project delivery function.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event projects.
You will lead the Project Management team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
This role requires someone who is both technically strong and commercially astute, as well as a confident communicator and experienced team manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management team across multiple live projects
- Take ownership of project delivery from brief through to installation and breakdown
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and scheduling across the business
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring strong margin control and cost management
- Work closely with design, production, and install teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Mentor, support, and develop the project team
- Proven experience in a senior project or leadership role within exhibitions, events, or design & build
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and profitability
- Technically competent with a solid understanding of exhibition build and delivery
- Excellent communicator, confident with clients and internal teams
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
