Location: Luton (Office-Based) | Full-Time | Salary: £32,000 + Excellent Commission Structure

The Opportunity
This role focuses on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in expanding the client base while working closely with internal design and project teams to deliver high-quality, creative solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline
- Identifying and targeting opportunities across the exhibition and events industry
- Managing client relationships from initial contact through to project handover
- Collaborating with design, estimating, and project teams
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
- Negotiating deals and consistently achieving sales targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and forecasting sales activity
- 4+ years' experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong pipeline management and lead generation skills
- Confident communication and presentation abilities
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing
- Understanding of creative production or design processes
- Background in B2B sales environments
- £32,000 base salary
