Sales Executive- Exhibitions
Exhibition Stand Design & Build Company
Manchester or Coventry (fully office-based)
£28,000 to £35,000 + commission
Our client is a growing exhibitions and live events business with a dedicated Show Ready department. They deliver everything from custom space-only stands to complete Show Ready packages for exhibitors across the UK and Europe, covering modular stands, shell scheme upgrades, graphics, furniture and AV. The team is expanding, the Show Ready side is growing, and they're building out their regional sales and operations teams to match. Now they need an enthusiastic, commercially sharp salesperson to put Show Ready in front of more exhibitors, at more shows.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll sell exhibition stands to exhibitors, from space-only builds through to turnkey Show Ready packages. It's a healthy mix of winning new business and building relationships with existing exhibitors. You'll be just as comfortable picking up the phone to a new contact as you are helping a returning client plan their next show. You'll spot opportunities across the UK and European exhibitions calendar, then put together tailored proposals and quotations that make it easy for exhibitors to say yes.
You'll report to the Show Ready Sales Manager and work hand in hand with the regional sales and operations teams, so what you sell gets delivered brilliantly on the show floor. The role is fully office-based in Manchester or Coventry, with travel to be onsite at shows. Exhibitions run to fixed dates, so you'll be working to real deadlines with a clear view of what's coming up in the calendar.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in sales, ideally in exhibitions, live events or a related B2B environment
- Any experience selling exhibition stands, modular systems, shell scheme or services to exhibitors is a real bonus
- Confidence building tailored proposals and quotations
- Comfort with both new business and growing existing accounts
- A commercially driven, proactive approach, with genuine care about the customer experience
- Ideally a full driving licence, and happy to travel to be onsite at shows
- £28,000 to £35,000 base, plus commission
