Exhibition Project Manager Northampton | £40,000 to £45,000 DOE | Permanent, full time

£40,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well established exhibition contractor, delivering projects spanning modular to fully custom build exhibition stands.

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take genuine ownership of projects from initial brief through to delivery.

The opportunity
This is a hands on project management role for someone who understands the exhibition environment and is comfortable managing projects across both modular and custom build formats. You'll act as the key link between clients, design, production and site teams, keeping projects on track and within budget from concept through to final delivery.

What you'll be doing

Managing exhibition stand projects end to end, from brief through to on site delivery
Working directly with clients to understand requirements and develop practical solutions
Liaising with design, production, site and warehouse teams to keep projects moving
Coordinating stock, materials and equipment through the warehouse, allocating against live projects
Using Warehouse Manager software to check stock availability and manage project allocations
Preparing project quotations, estimates and specifications
Managing suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
Managing client changes throughout the project lifecycle
Resolving technical, logistical and production challenges as they arise
Ensuring every project is properly prepared before handover to the onsite delivery team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an exhibition project management role, ideally across both modular and custom build environments
Experience using Warehouse Manager software or similar stock and project management systems
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident dealing directly with clients and managing their expectations throughout a project
Organised, detail oriented and comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
A proactive, solutions focused approach to problem solving
