An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Technical Events Manager to join a leading events production provider, delivering world-class experiences within a prestigious 5-star London venue.

The Role

You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of live events, ranging from small meetings to large-scale productions within a luxury venue setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless event delivery
• Managing the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment
• Leading and coordinating on-site technical teams
• Proactively engaging clients ahead of events to understand requirements and maximise opportunities
• Translating client needs into effective technical solutions
• Supporting revenue growth through upselling of additional services (e.g. production, content, video)
• Building strong relationships with venue teams including sales, operations, and front of house
• Monitoring event pipelines, sales activity, and performance metrics
• Supporting tender processes and pre-production planning for larger events
• Maintaining high service standards and resolving any client or venue concerns
• Collaborating with wider teams to ensure resource planning and operational efficiency

About You

• Proven experience in AV / live events production
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue opportunities
• Experience within hospitality or venue-based events is advantageous
• Solid technical understanding of audio-visual systems
