Exhibition Project Manager
Location: Andover (Full-time, Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Known for their structured systems, efficient delivery model, and strong client relationships, the business specialises in modular exhibition environments that combine creativity with practicality. Their Andover office is home to a collaborative and experienced project delivery team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a growing modular exhibition specialist.
Based full-time in the Andover office, you will manage modular exhibition stand projects from initial planning through to live delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and venue organisers. Occasional on-site attendance during build-ups and live events will be required.
The role would suit someone with exhibition experience looking to further develop their career within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage modular exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion
Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Order and manage exhibition site services
Coordinate logistics including transport, storage, and scheduling
Order and track modular stand materials and system components
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers
Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required
Work collaboratively within a team of project managers
About You
Experience within exhibitions, events, or project management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-focused, and team-oriented
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support
