The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of custom build exhibition stand projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong experience managing bespoke exhibition builds is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery
Manage custom build exhibition stand projects from brief through to installation and breakdown
Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple live projects simultaneously
Coordinate internal teams including design, production, and logistics
Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability
Prepare project timelines, schedules, and documentation

Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Provide a consultative and solutions-focused service

Supplier & Installation Coordination
Brief and manage contractors, suppliers, and external partners
Coordinate logistics, transport, and installation schedules
Oversee onsite builds and ensure smooth project delivery
Support UK and occasional international installations

Operational Excellence
Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to agreed standards
Maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
