Job Title: Senior 3D Exhibition Designer
Location - Warwickshire
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

Disrupt Talent are excited to be partnering with a highly respected and internationally recognised creative exhibition business in their search for a Senior 3D Exhibition Designer to join their growing team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led business delivering large-scale bespoke exhibition stands, hospitality environments and immersive brand experiences for global clients across a wide range of sectors.

We're looking for a creative and experienced designer who thrives on delivering bold concepts, understands complex exhibition environments and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing high-quality creative concepts for international exhibition and experiential projects, working closely with project managers, sales teams and senior leadership throughout the process.

Projects include:
· Bespoke exhibition stands
· Double deck structures
· Hospitality spaces
· Feature areas
· Brand experiences
· Large-scale international environments

This is a senior-level role with exposure to client presentations, briefing calls and occasional international travel/site attendance.

What We're Looking For
· Proven experience within exhibition or experiential design
· Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale bespoke projects
· Experience working on complex build environments and double deck structures
· Ability to work independently and manage projects creatively from concept stage
· Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Software Requirements
· 3ds Max
· V-Ray
· Adobe Creative Suite
