Now Hiring: Production Manager (Live Events)
Shropshire | Full-Time | Hybrid/Flexible Working
Salary: £40,000-£45,000

We're working with a leading technical production company specialising in high-profile corporate events, exhibitions, and live experiences, delivering shows for some of the world's biggest brands across tech, fashion, and entertainment.

Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Production Manager to join their talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in live events, AV, or warehouse production who's ready to step into a fast-paced, client-facing role with room to grow.

What You'll Do:

Assist in planning and executing live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.
Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors to deliver seamless productions.
Support senior production staff with logistics, scheduling, and resource planning.
Contribute to CAD plans, schematics, and event documentation.
Attend site visits and provide on-site support during live productions.
Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience in live events, either from a technical or warehouse perspective.
A strong communicator who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings (desirable).
A full UK driver's license and willingness to travel and stay away for projects.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
