About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join a leading technical production company delivering live, virtual, and hybrid events across the UK and internationally.
In this role, you'll take ownership of exciting and diverse event projects for a range of corporate clients-from brief to execution. You'll work across audio, video, lighting, staging, and power to deliver seamless event experiences, supported by a friendly and highly skilled internal team.
This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for flexible working, and would suit someone with a solid background in live event production, looking to step up or continue developing their project leadership skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Standard hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (some flexibility required during event periods).
Location: Ideally based near West Yorkshire HQ, but hybrid or remote options are available for the right candidate based in England.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality events across the UK (and occasionally internationally), from concept to completion
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and production briefings
- Develop creative and technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare budgets, quotations, production schedules, and CAD drawings
- Collaborate with media teams to create visuals and pitch documents
- Coordinate logistics - booking crew, equipment, transport, and venues
- Oversee equipment preparation with warehouse and technical teams
- Manage on-site technical delivery, liaising with venues and clients
- Ensure health & safety compliance and uphold company standards
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, technical kit, and creative offering
- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Strong background in live events, particularly within corporate AV
- Proven experience managing full production projects, including budget and logistics
- Solid technical knowledge across sound, lighting, video, rigging, set & staging
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead projects and present ideas
- Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Competent with CAD software and production planning tools
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
