3D Designer - Design & Build Exhibitions | Live Events
Location: Coventry, Tile Hill (5 Days a Week in the Office)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Reports to: Senior Designer

About the Company
Disrupt Talent is representing a leading full-service exhibition design and build company based in the West Midlands. They create bespoke exhibition stands and branded environments for clients across the UK, working with a diverse range of sectors and event formats.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious 3D Designer looking to take their first step into the exhibition and live events industry. You'll join a supportive, talented team where you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to bring innovative concepts to life.
What You'll Be Doing

• Liaising with clients to understand project briefs and design requirements
• Creating and rendering 3D exhibition stand concepts for new enquiries
• Adapting and refining designs based on client feedback
• Conducting research to tailor design solutions to each brand
• Producing visuals, artwork mock-ups, and presentation decks for client approval
• Working closely with the production team to develop designs from concept through to completion
• Producing working drawings, elevations, and electrical plans for build teams

What You'll Bring

• Qualification in design (degree or diploma level) or relevant experience in exhibition or interior design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Experience using CAD and 3D rendering software - ideally Vectorworks and Twinmotion
• Strong creative flair with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work on-site in Coventry, Monday to Friday
