Account Manager - Exhibitions, Displays & Graphics
Location: Cannock (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Project Director

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing exhibition and interiors company. With over 30 years of experience, the business delivers bespoke exhibition stands and interior projects, offering a creative, collaborative, and hands-on working environment.
The company is expanding its interiors offering to balance the seasonality of exhibitions, providing stability, variety, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a client-facing Account Manager with experience in exhibitions, interiors, or signage to join a small but ambitious team.
You'll oversee projects from brief to delivery-building client relationships, managing budgets, coordinating with design and production, and ensuring every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week) and offers minimal travel, making it perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of a project without constant time on the road.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships from initial brief through to project delivery.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication throughout.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience in account or project management within exhibitions, interiors, or related sectors.
  • Strong estimating and costing ability.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and commercially aware.
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
