We're partnering with a leading exhibition stand design and creative build agency to find an ambitious Business Development Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded sales professional to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of the exhibitions, events, and brand experience sector.
You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping brands bring their ideas to life through innovative exhibition stands and experiential environments.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across exhibitions, events, and related industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and industry events.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Understand client goals and translate them into impactful creative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Work collaboratively with design, project, and production teams to create compelling concepts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to enhance services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management-ideally within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, or a creative agency.
- Strong network and knowledge of the events and exhibitions landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with a track record of achieving results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in developing new opportunities.
- £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.
