Event / Project Co-Ordinator - Design & Build Exhibitions | Live Events
Location: Coventry (Office-Based with UK Travel)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 DOE
Travel: Across the UK
Reports to: Senior Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and supporting projects from concept through to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients on both space-only and full-service show builds
  • Preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates for new projects
  • Producing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations
  • Overseeing procurement, purchasing, and supplier coordination
  • Organising logistics including transport, lifting, and accommodation bookings
  • Working closely with in-house design and production teams to bring creative concepts to life
  • Providing on-site project support and supervision during build-up and breakdown phases
  • Assisting with project documentation, invoicing, and administration
What You'll Bring
  • Some experience in Project Co-Ordination or Event Operations within the events, exhibitions, or creative industries
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
  • Willingness to travel to venues across the UK (some overnight stays may be required)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
