Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager - Modular & Custom Build
Location: Birmingham - office-based with some flexibility
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're partnered with a well-established, highly regarded exhibition and live events company based in Birmingham. Specialising in both bespoke and modular stand builds, they deliver world-class experiences across the UK and Europe for leading global brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join a fast-paced, creative team and play a central role in delivering standout projects at major exhibitions and events.
The Role
You'll take ownership of projects from the initial client brief through to on-site delivery and breakdown. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll ensure each build is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Previous experience managing exhibition stand projects (modular or custom) is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage exhibition stand builds and event projects from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics, budgets, quotes, and project timelines
Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown
Lead client communication and manage expectations throughout
Collaborate with design, production, and fabrication teams
Maintain project tracking via systems such as Monday.com and HubSpot
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Support and mentor junior project team members

What You'll Need

Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects within the exhibition industry
Proven experience handling budgets between £15K - £250K
Confident reading and working from floorplans and build specifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities Full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong knowledge of on-site delivery and health & safety practices
