Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £28,000 per annum + 40% of basic as commission
Status: Full-time / Permanent
Working Hours: 08:45 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Sell exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct a minimum of 60 calls / 90 minutes of daily outbound activity.
- Deliver a monthly sales target of £15,000.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Arrange and attend client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare high-quality proposals that effectively communicate value.
- Manage client relationships throughout the full sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities to support long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and participation in events.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, or media.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Ambitious, results-focused, and commercially minded.
- Professional, articulate, and personable.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
