An award-winning creative production agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver a wide range of integrated brand experiences across the UK and internationally. The agency specialises in creating high-impact live, digital, and hybrid experiences for consumer, trade, and corporate audiences.

Projects span live and virtual activations including pop-up events, installations, experiential marketing, roadshows, product and press launches, festivals, incentive travel, conferences, seminars, and awards ceremonies. While the role is office-based in Hertfordshire, delivery is UK-wide with some international activations.

The Role

Reporting to the Projects Director, the Senior Project Manager will manage and oversee multiple event programmes across live, digital, and hybrid formats. This is a hands-on role with responsibility across all key aspects of project delivery, from logistics and production through to creative development.

Strong account management skills are essential. The Senior Project Manager will own client relationships, take and interrogate briefs, manage the creative response, and oversee projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation.

This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who consistently delivers outstanding results while building strong, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Senior Project Managers take an active role in the creative, negotiation, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Take clear, comprehensive briefs for all projects
Scope projects, identify required resources, and maximise the output of project teams
Manage, mentor, and support junior team members
Conduct venue research and produce proposals
Create and manage project timelines and key documentation, including contracts, status reports, and on-site documentation
Manage the creative process, ensuring creative and production teams are clearly briefed, aligned to timelines, and responsive to client needs
Oversee all logistical and production elements of projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress
Set up and conduct detailed site inspections, often alongside clients
Prepare written proposals for pitches and client presentations
Plan and lead regular client and project meetings
Manage project budgets to agreed financial targets
Recruit and manage external support staff as required
Supervise and monitor suppliers on site
Reconcile projects post-delivery
Continually develop knowledge of venues, suppliers, and project support services
Provide guidance and development support to junior team members to ensure strong performance and professional growth
